2014 Ford Fiesta ST Official Debut

WESTLAND, Mich.- It's official, our friends at Ford Motor Company have just announced the Official 2014 Ford Fiesta ST Debut at the LA Auto Show! You may have been expecting this, but the 2014 Ford Fiesta ST will make its way to the United States in 2013! The 2014 Ford Fiesta ST Official Debut revealed the Fiesta's classic ST features like 17" wheels, dual exhaust pipes and rear spoiler as well as some engine-revving details.

There's more under the hood of this subcompact hot hatch than you may expect. Equipped with a 1.6-liter EcoBoost I-4, the Ford Fiesta ST achieves an estimated 197 HP and 214 lb-ft torque with minimal turbo lag. According to Ford, the newest ST will reach 34 mpg, although it has not yet been rated by the EPA.

And for those of you who want to hit the track, you'll notice retuned steering response, improved roll stiffness, reduced understeer with torque vectoring control, and three-mode stability control. Plus you can enjoy the sound of the engine revving with the sound symposer, which pumps engine sounds into the cabin!
