Body Shop / Collision Center Estimator

As an Estimator for North Brothers Ford, you will be an important instrument in making a customer’s bad day into an overall great experience. Our Estimators are specialists in communication, customer focus and attention to quality and details. They serve as a liaison between the customer and the insurance company to ensure that the vehicle repairs are done right the first time and on time when promised.

This position is the principle contact between the dealership and the Service Department for the sale and delivery of auto parts. The primary job objective is to provide excellent customer service to service technicians and maximize sales of parts and accessories. You will be responsible for identifying and selling parts profitably, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, responding positively to answering customer questions, taking sales orders via the phone and over the counter, ordering parts, maintaining stock, searching information in catalogs and on computer database, and handling payments. Heavy lifting and physical exertion needed at times. This is a fast paced, exciting and challenging position.
