Ford's Flat Rock Assembly Plant Is Hiring
WESTLAND, Mich- Recently the headlines have been filled with positive Ford Motor Company News like the MIS Ford Fusion Pace CarBest Redesigned Vehicle Award, and Ford Vehicles Minimize Allergens. And we've got even more good news to share with you! Ford Motor Company's Flat Rock Assembly Plant is Hiring for an additional shift that will be added later this year to accommodate increasing demand for Ford vehicles!

With all of this publicity, the demand for the new Ford vehicles has been increasing, specifically for the 2013 Ford Fusion. While the Flat Rock Assembly Plant currently produces the 2013 Ford Mustang the automaker has found the need to add another shift to meet the demand for the new Fusion. Yesterday a Ford spokeswoman confirmed that the process to find and hire 1,400 new workers for the Flat Rock Assembly Plant is underway! Although about two-thirds of the 1,400 new hires will be transfers, Ford's Flat Rock Assembly Plant is hiring about 400 new workers.

This is positive news not only for Ford, but for Michigan's economy as well!
