Ford Offers Two New Mustang Packages

WESTLAND, Mich. – To keep the Mustang model fresh, and to compete with the likes of the Dodge Challenger and the Chevy Camaro, Ford offers two new Mustang packages to its fans. Ford is now offering the California Special and the Pony Package as two, limited edition, packages which are exciting the passionate Mustang fan-base.

The California Special and the Pony Package, both pay homage to the start of the Mustang in the 1960s. Ford has been doing A LOT with this sixth generation model, including making the Ford Mustang a global vehicle for the first time in the history of Ford Motor Company; this new 50^th Anniversary Mustang is truly a world traveler.

Ford offers two new Mustang packages, the first, the Pony Package, is offered on the premium trim level of the fastback and upgrades the car with unique 19-inch polished aluminum wheels, a tri-bar pony logo on the grille, and side stripe with a chrome window surround sound. Future owners can order the California Special Package that has an extensive list of features including 19-inch ebony painted machined aluminum wheels, unique grille, door panel inserts and carpet, aluminum dashboard finish with California Special badge, hood and side stripes, a black spoiler, faux gas cap, black mirrors and hood vents as well as other touches.
