WESTLAND, Mich. – In celebration of the beloved pony car's 50th Anniversary, Ford has announced the Return of the Legendary Shelby GT350 Mustang! This Mustang originally debuted in 1965 with the idea to be a reliable everyday car, yet an impressive road racer that could take on even the most challenging roads. Quite a goal, isn't it? Well, the team was able to accomplish this by concentrating on a few crucial concepts – balance and the most advanced materials and technologies!

This speedster is equipped with the most aspirated production engine EVER, including a flat-plane crankshaft 5.2-liter V8 engine that generates more than 400 pounds in torque peak and a horsepower over 500. This high-revving vehicle will continue to excite those with a need for speed with it's impressive light-weight six-speed manual transmission. Like we said, the key to this vehicle is balance! Balance can be seen from the torsional stiffness, to the impressive aluminum-alloy wheels, and the entirely credible brake system – all of which go hand in hand to give the driver complete confidence behind the wheel!
